1. Overview of Agreement and Majority
1.1 Graph Showing Overall Agreement Rates between and all other Constitutional Court Judges
The graph shows the proportion of cases for which each judge was on a bench with the selected judge, and agreed with them, either in the opinion, or in the outcome of the case.
For each judge, the percentage is calculated as number of cases where the two judges agreed, divided by the number of cases in which both judges were present. A zero percentage means that there were cases where both judges were present, but none where they agreed.
1.2 Graph Showing how Often each Judge was in the Majority Overall over the Period 2010-2019
The graph shows the proportion of cases for which each judge was in the majority over the period 2010-2019, either by authoring or concurring in the majority opinion, or by authoring or concurring in the majority opinion or any seperate concurring opinion.
For each judge, the percentage is calculated as number of cases where the judge was in the majority, divided by the number of cases in which the judge was present. A zero percentage means that there were cases where the judge was present, but none where they were in the majority.

The graph shows the proportion of cases for which the judges agreed with or co-authored a reason authored by the other judge.

The graph shows the proportion of cases for which the judge was in the majority, either by authoring or concurring in the majority opinion, or by authoring or concurring in the majority opinion or a seperate concurring opinion.
